It's a huge testament to the quality of the people around us here today.

The portfolio is getting bigger and bigger.

The company has performed over the last 50 plus years in developing its own employees, taking them from basically essentially high schools and turning them into much higher technical individuals and leaders. 

The company spends a tremendous amount of resources to develop our people, to give them meaningful assignments, to take them to leadership positions around the world.

All of that is going to help us have a global approach to developing talent, to moving people around to experience different cultures and industries.
