Our biodiversity protection areas shelter many different species Kingdomwide.
We contribute toward conserving the Kingdom’s biodiversity and its wildlife through several designated Biodiversity Protection Areas (BPAs) spanning 1،700 km² including:
- Shaybah Wildlife Sanctuary
- Rahima Bay Mangrove Eco-Park
- Abu Ali Island
- Tanajib BPA
- Manifa BPA
- Abqaiq Wetlands
- Udhailiyah BPA
- Abha BPA
- Bahra BPA
- Khurais BPA
- Baga Bird Oasis
- Qassim BPA
In addition to these protected areas, we plant mangroves in the Red Sea and Arabian Gulf to
- Support marine life
- Improve water quality
- Help capture carbon.
We contribute to biodiversity conservation efforts across our operating areas to help fortify valuable natural resources for generations to come.
