Aramco named as a Top Employer for 2024 and 2025
Top Employers Institute recognizes the company for its outstanding HR strategies and people practices.
Aramco has been named as a top employer within Saudi Arabia for 2024 and 2025 after receiving a prestigious award that recognizes excellence in Human Resources (HR) practices.
On Jan. 16, the company received certification by the Top Employers Institute (TEI), an independent organization that surveys businesses worldwide and celebrates those that show a commitment to fostering outstanding HR strategies and people practices.
Rigorous review and evaluation
TEI carried out a comprehensive evaluation of Aramco, assessing criteria such as workplace excellence, employee satisfaction, career development programs, work-life balance initiatives, and corporate culture.
To be certified, a company has to achieve an average score of 60% or above on 250 best practices identified by TEI. Aramco achieved an overall rating of 88.2%.
The company scored higher than the global benchmarks within the energy sector on a majority of the metrics, and achieved 100% on the following criteria:
- Business strategy
- People strategy
- Leadership
- Digital HR
- Performance
- Ethics and integrity.
Being recognized as a Top Employer in the Kingdom showcases Aramco’s commitment to employee well-being and career development, while also acknowledging the pivotal contributions employees play in creating a harmonious workplace culture.

A history of recognizing excellence
The global certification organization TEI, which was founded 30 years ago, has a mission to recognize excellence in employee conditions, and to help companies enhance their workplace environments by meeting international HR standards.
For 2025 Top Employers, more than 2,000 companies across 125 countries were certified after undergoing a rigorous evaluation process.
