I always say, reaching the top does not require feet; it requires courage and faith in God.

I see myself now as someone who can benefit the company through the disability I have experienced, by raising awareness, whether among Aramco employees or within the broader community.

Aramco’s support in this area has been immense, and I truly appreciate their efforts.

Through my work and my participation in awareness initiatives, Aramco motivates me positively to give more and more. I strive to support myself and develop my abilities in this field, always seeking the best and aiming for excellence.

I also support peers with amputations, helping to nurture the talents of individuals with limb loss. We have contributed to empowering them by promoting activities such as running with prosthetic limbs, participating in competitions, and enabling them to represent Saudi Arabia at international events.

We have the Ability Group under the supervision of Human Resources at Aramco, where members openly discuss their disabilities and receive the support they need.

I have seen other disabilities as well; blindness, paralysis, and more. I see that they care about all the challenges people with all types of disabilities face, including navigating physical spaces, engaging with others.

Involving people with disabilities in solutions is a success in itself.
