VIDEO: Three enablers that are shaping the global tech scene

We, in Aramco Ventures, think there are three important enablers that are changing the tech scene as we know it today.

First of all, we live in a world of high-data and high-compute. 

The data is now being converted to knowledge and action because we have the computing power with these advanced microchips.

The second enabler is AI. This is changing the world as we know it, unleashing so much capabilities in fintech, in the financial sector, in the medical sector, and obviously in language.

And last but not least, something that gets overlooked is energy.

Energy is a massive enabler that allows us to run the compute, to move the data, and to do so much in this world. It’s in the backdrop, but all of the data centers, and all of the data that moves and shapes our world, is powered by conventional and new renewable energy.

We are intrigued by these fundamental enablers.
