Employees embrace healthy lifestyle in Qurayyah

Employees practiced planks and pull ups during the recent Health and Well-being Campaign conducted by Aramco's Sea Water Injection Department at Qurayyah.

The goal of the campaign was to promote and enrich employee awareness on how to embrace a healthy lifestyle, maintain energy, and avoid situations that can lead to athletic injuries.

As part of the campaign, a cyclist race was organized and overseen by an Aramco Industrial Security patrol car, along with special physical classes that were provided by experts in CrossFit, football, and general gym exercises.
