We completed three transactions with PKN Orlen in Poland to support our global downstream strategy by diversifying our refining and hydrocarbon product portfolio
To grow our integrated refining and petrochemical capacity, we acquired 30% equity stakes in a 210,000 barrels per day refinery.
To widen our presence in the European downstream sector, we acquired 100% of an associated wholesale fuels business.
To expand our hydrocarbon product portfolio, we acquired a 50% stake in a jet fuel marketing joint venture.
The deals ensure the creation of growth opportunities in liquid-to-chemicals pathways, expanding our global downstream operations.
