We are profoundly aware that the world counts on us to help provide a reliable supply of energy to sustain economic stability and progress. This is a great responsibility, and one that we take very seriously. 

And there is no doubt, technology will be key in so many ways. 

Yet, despite the importance of considerations such as energy economics, cost-benefit analysis, digital technology, etc., it is people who are at the heart of any business. Empowering our people must be a key focus. 

There are many challenges facing us, but also many opportunities.
